Cash & FX Manager – Global Treasury

About the role

As Global Cash & FX Manager you will lead Nestlé Waters & Premium Beverages’ worldwide cash management and foreign‑exchange activities. Reporting to the Head of Treasury in Paris, you will ensure liquidity visibility, optimise working‑capital structures and support finance, tax and business teams across all entities.

Key responsibilities

• Lead global cash management, design cash‑pooling, concentration and inter‑company funding structures.
• Identify, assess and hedge foreign‑exchange exposures in line with Group policies.
• Manage relationships with global banking partners and optimise banking services and costs.
• Oversee payment processes, security controls and fraud‑prevention mechanisms.
• Provide treasury analyses, dashboards and reporting on liquidity, FX exposure and hedge performance.
• Drive treasury transformation projects, including system automation and banking connectivity.
• Ensure compliance with internal controls, regulatory requirements and audit expectations.

Required profile

• 8‑10 years of experience in treasury, cash management or FX risk management.
• Master’s degree in finance, economics, accounting or related field; professional treasury qualification (ACT, CTP) a plus.
• Proven expertise in liquidity management, cash forecasting and cash‑pooling structures.
• Experience working with multinational stakeholders and financial institutions.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with ability to translate data into actionable recommendations.
