Finance Controller Intern

About the role

As a Finance Controller Intern you will support the controlling team during the ramp‑up of a new factory in Douai. You will help manage purchase‑to‑pay processes, monitor expenses and contribute to accurate financial reporting.

Key responsibilities

• Track purchase request lifecycle, ensure approvals, verify budget compliance and prepare weekly spend analysis reports.
• Assist in month‑end closing by preparing accruals and supporting variance analysis between actuals and forecasts.
• Support departmental cost reviews by preparing presentations for operational managers and participating in budget construction and rolling forecasts.

Required profile

• Master’s degree student (Bac+4/5) in Finance, Controlling or Audit.
• Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail.

Required skills

• Advanced Excel proficiency.
• Knowledge of Power BI (a plus).
