Finance Business Partner – Sales & Logistics

About the role

The Finance Business Partner will support the Sales and Logistics functions in France, driving performance, shaping strategy, and ensuring accurate financial planning. You will act as a trusted advisor, turning data into actionable insights that influence investment decisions and improve profitability.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain budgets, forecasts, and P&L reporting for Sales & Logistics.
• Perform scenario planning and financial analysis to support rapid business changes.
• Build and enhance tools for performance reviews, pricing models, revenue management, ROI analysis, and logistics cost optimization.
• Ensure period‑close accuracy, including accruals and top‑line consistency.
• Prepare management reporting packages for senior leaders and provide insight‑driven recommendations.
• Champion continuous improvement, standardisation, and digitalisation of financial reports.
