Finance Business Partner – International Division

About the role

The Finance Business Partner for the International Division of Royal Canin supports the Sales and Leadership teams with financial direction, analysis, and constructive challenge. Working across four geographic hubs (LATAM, MENA, EURASIA, AFRICA), the role blends technical finance expertise with strategic partnership to drive better business decisions.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the Annual Execution Plan (AEP) preparation and ongoing forecasting cycles.
• Partner with Hub sales managers and the CFO to identify performance gaps and implement remediation plans.
• Support Cost Collector owners, ensure budget compliance, and promote an ROI mindset.
• Participate in period‑close activities, both pre‑ and post‑closing, under the Controllership function.
• Advise on pricing, trade strategy, and customer plans to optimise trade spend and net sales growth.
• Engage in trade finance execution, payments, settlements, and analysis.
• Contribute to Mars S&OP+ framework meetings (PMR, DMR, SMR, IRR) and drive S&OP cycle discussions.

Required profile

• 4‑7 years of finance and accounting experience, preferably in FMCG or a multinational environment.
• Background in finance planning or data analytics with strong complexity‑management skills.
• Deep understanding of financial concepts, ability to stay close to business stakeholders.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, people‑centric mindset.
• Fluency in English and French.
