Field Quality Engineer (IV)

About the role

We are looking for a Field Quality Engineer to improve service quality, customer satisfaction and equipment reliability across our installed base. The role links field service teams, engineering, manufacturing and quality organizations to drive root‑cause investigations and sustainable corrective actions.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze field service data, customer feedback and equipment performance trends to identify improvement opportunities.
• Lead root‑cause investigations and implement corrective actions for recurring product and service issues.
• Partner with cross‑functional teams (field service, engineering, manufacturing, supplier quality) to resolve complex technical problems.
• Enhance service documentation, lessons learned and knowledge assets to support effective troubleshooting.
• Develop and track quality metrics, dashboards and action plans to drive continuous improvement.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quality, Manufacturing or related discipline, or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of experience in quality engineering, field service engineering or related technical roles.
• Proven experience leading root‑cause investigations and corrective actions.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities with data‑driven decision making.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills across multiple functions.
