Field Marketing Manager

About the role

Box is seeking a Field Marketing Manager to lead its growth in Southern Europe, with a primary focus on France. You will shape market presence, drive demand, and connect brand initiatives to pipeline and revenue outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Design and execute an integrated regional marketing strategy that boosts awareness, engagement, pipeline, and revenue.
• Develop and manage a balanced mix of programs including events, executive engagement, ABM, digital campaigns, partner activations, and customer marketing.
• Collaborate closely with sales, SDRs, customer success, and cross‑functional marketing teams to align priorities and target accounts.
• Own regional pipeline contribution, tracking sourced and influenced pipeline and optimizing programs based on ROI.
• Create market‑specific messaging, value propositions, and engagement plans for priority industries and personas in France.
• Plan and deliver high‑quality in‑person, virtual, and hybrid experiences that strengthen the Box brand.
• Build customer advocacy and executive‑level community programs to accelerate pipeline.
• Leverage data tools such as Salesforce and Tableau to measure impact, inform decisions, and report results to leadership.

Required profile

• 7+ years of experience in regional or field marketing, preferably within B2B SaaS or enterprise technology.
• Proven track record of delivering demand‑generation programs that drive pipeline and revenue.
• Strong collaboration skills with sales and cross‑functional teams.
