Facility Management Lead – Data Center

About the role

The FM Lead heads the Data Center Facility Management team in France, ensuring safe, secure and highly available operations across all Data4 sites. Reporting to the Data Center Infrastructure Lead, the role collaborates with critical functions such as Energy Management, Operations Quality and Customer Success to meet operational objectives and country‑wide strategic goals.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of Facility Managers, driving entrepreneurship, responsibility and adaptability.
• Ensure compliance with ISO 9001, ISO 27001, ISO 50001, PCI‑DSS and ISAE‑3402 audits, managing gaps and remediation plans.
• Produce weekly, monthly and quarterly performance reports for senior leadership.
• Supervise supplier activities, maintenance planning, corrective work validation and BMS performance follow‑up.
• Implement training programmes, incident drills and continuous‑improvement initiatives to meet operational standards.
• Oversee succession planning, talent detection, performance reviews and individual business objectives.

Required profile

• 5+ years experience in mission‑critical operations or a similar facility‑management role.
• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Mechanical or Energy Engineering (or equivalent).
• Fluent English (minimum B2/C1 level).
