Extended Enterprise Product Manager

About the role

Airbus Helicopters is looking for an Extended Enterprise Product Manager to lead the delivery and operation of its Extended Enterprise digital solutions. You will work within the Digital Infrastructure and Platforms domain, collaborating with a multifunctional team to ensure suppliers, partners, customers and internal users can securely access Airbus Helicopters information systems.

Key responsibilities

• Define, design and deploy end‑to‑end Extended Enterprise solutions in line with business requirements and security policies.
• Lead projects or work packages, coordinating implementation, acceptance testing and run‑organization.
• Manage the product lifecycle, including monitoring, incident, request, change and demand management.
• Support business units in externalising activities, creating use cases and developing proof‑of‑concepts.
• Ensure service continuity, handle escalations and drive improvements in solution awareness and usage.
• Identify harmonisation opportunities across the solution portfolio and align with enterprise architecture.

Required profile

• Proven experience in managing digital products or services, preferably in an industrial or aerospace environment.
• Strong coordination and facilitation skills, working closely with IT and business stakeholders.
• Ability to lead projects or work packages and deliver results within agreed SLAs.
• Understanding of security policies and service level agreements.
