Export Logistics Coordinator

About the role

As a member of the Supply & Deliver Europe Logistic Operations team, you will coordinate export transport execution for BIC shipments from France to global destinations and support the Import team during peak periods. You will ensure full compliance with customs regulations for all export and import flows.

Key responsibilities

• Support customs import/export operations and apply best practices.
• Coordinate on‑time loadings and deliveries with freight forwarders, warehouses, and production sites.
• Manage transportation between production sites, warehouses, forwarders, customs brokers, and final destinations.
• Prepare and maintain all transport and customs documentation.
• Monitor KPIs such as volumes, costs, lead times, quality, and claims.
• Drive continuous‑improvement initiatives and maintain data quality in the system.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of international transport or customs administration experience.
• Strong knowledge of export/import customs regimes, free‑trade agreements, clearance procedures, and AEO certification.
• Highly organized, detail‑oriented, and rigorous.
• Fluent in English; French language skills are a plus.
