About the role

You will join the team led by Jean‑Charles, Product Manager, to define functional specifications for the evolution of the Civil Human Resources software. The position works closely with development, product marketing, and sales teams to ensure the solution meets public‑sector HR needs.

Key responsibilities

• Gather and analyse functional requirements from public‑sector HR users.
• Write detailed functional specifications for software enhancements.
• Collaborate daily with developers, product marketers, and commercial directors to align specifications with business goals.
• Validate implemented features against specifications and user expectations.
• Participate in testing and provide feedback for continuous improvement.

Required profile

• Experience in functional analysis or product specification, preferably in HR or public‑sector software.
• Strong communication skills to interact with cross‑functional teams.
• Ability to translate user needs into clear technical documentation.

Required skills

• Functional specification writing.
• Understanding of HR processes in the public sector.
