Executive Assistant to Managing Director – South West Hub

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Executive Assistant to support the Managing Director of the South West Hub, covering France, Belgium, Luxembourg, Spain and Portugal. This senior‑level position provides strategic, high‑impact assistance, enabling the director to focus on business performance, transformation and growth.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a complex, multi‑market calendar, aligning priorities across the South West Hub.
• Oversee inbox, draft communications and ensure professional interaction with internal and external stakeholders.
• Prepare high‑level meeting materials, agendas and pre‑reads; attend key sessions, capture insights and drive follow‑ups.
• Act as liaison between teams in France, Belgium, Luxembourg, Spain and Portugal to ensure alignment.
• Organise leadership meetings, town halls and off‑site events with a focus on execution and impact.
• Coordinate international travel, handling visas, itineraries and logistics.

Required profile

• Strong business acumen with the ability to anticipate needs in a fast‑paced, international environment.
• Excellent discretion, precision and communication skills.
• Experience supporting senior leadership in a multi‑country context.
• Highly organized, proactive and able to manage competing priorities.
