Enterprise Account Executive, Financial Services

About the role

Anthropic is looking for an Enterprise Account Executive in Paris to join its founding team, which introduces its AI productivity API and SaaS solutions to financial institutions across the EMEA markets. You will secure strategic deals with banks, insurance companies and financial research institutions, and work with GTM, Product and Marketing to refine the value proposition for financial decision-makers.

Key responsibilities

• Win new business and drive revenue in the financial services sector, owning the full sales cycle from first outreach to close
• Design and run sales strategies adapted to financial procurement cycles and budgets, and analyse market trends to turn plans into targeted campaigns
• Identify new use cases in finance departments, research centres and administrative offices, and collaborate cross-functionally to differentiate the offering
• Navigate stakeholder ecosystems (executives, administrators, IT and procurement) to build consensus
• Share user feedback with product teams to inform roadmaps and features
• Refine the sales methodology by updating playbooks, templates and best practices

Required profile

• At least 12 years of B2B sales experience in financial services technology (SaaS, API solutions or emerging technologies)
• Track record of closing complex deals in financial institutions and exceeding revenue targets
• Experience navigating financial bureaucracy and procurement processes
• Excellent communication skills and confidence presenting to analysts, researchers and senior executives
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education, training and experience
• Interest in advanced AI systems and their ethical, safe use in finance
