Engineer, Technical Service

About the role

This client‑facing position supports international customers from our Colmar site, delivering high‑quality technical expertise across Europe, the Maghreb region, and Turkey. You will act as the primary technical point of contact, providing both remote and on‑site assistance while fostering strong client relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the main technical liaison for clients, handling support remotely and on site.
• Travel up to 50% of the time to customer locations for installations, operations, and troubleshooting.
• Support audits, client visits, and technical discussions as a subject‑matter expert.
• Collaborate with Quality, Production, MSAT, and Project Management teams to meet client expectations.
• Ensure compliance with GMP, safety, and regulatory standards.
• Contribute to continuous‑improvement initiatives and share best practices.

Required profile

• Experience in a technical role within pharmaceutical, biotech, or other regulated environments.
• Strong client‑facing and communication skills across diverse cultures.
• Fluency in French, English, and Turkish (written and spoken).
• Willingness to travel internationally up to 50% of the time.
• Solid understanding of GMP and quality standards.
• Background in Life Sciences, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
