Electrical Technician – Network Maintenance (F/H)

About the role

As an Electrical Technician you will help ensure the reliability of the electricity distribution network and maintain continuous power supply. You will work both on the grid, performing construction, reinforcement and renewal of aerial and underground lines, and on customer sites, handling meter panels and connections autonomously.

Key responsibilities

• Perform construction, reinforcement and renewal of aerial and underground electricity networks as part of a team.
• Carry out autonomous interventions on customer premises for meter panel installation, maintenance and service connections.
• Apply and enforce technical and operational rules, safety regulations and company policies.
• Manage urgent field situations and routine maintenance tasks, including outdoor physical work and travel.
• Adhere to a 35‑hour weekly schedule with on‑call duties and residence within 30 km of the work site.

Required profile

• CAP, BEP or Bac Professionnel in Electricity, or an equivalent qualification in electrical work or maintenance.
• Strong safety mindset, able to work independently while collaborating effectively in a team.
• Rigorous, organized, with a clear focus on customer service and accurate oral and written reporting.
• Willingness to comply with the company’s neutrality policy and to be medically fit for the role.
