E-Business Operations Coordinator Internship

About the role

Join the E‑Business team of a leading luxury fashion house as an Operations Coordinator Intern. You will support global e‑commerce processes, ensuring smooth order flow and high‑quality service for both B2B partners and B2C customers.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the omnichannel order backlog, monitor processing times and resolve issues.
• Oversee B2B and B2C shipment deadlines for concession partners and marketplace clients.
• Coordinate Return‑to‑Vendor (RTV) activities, working with inventory, after‑sales and partners on documentation, packaging and pickups.
• Respond to partner inquiries about product information and pricing.
• Assist in investigating shipment delays, IT bugs, stock discrepancies and sales variances.
• Organise communications with internal teams (customer service, warehouses, supply chain) regarding operational updates.
• Participate in benchmarking studies and support ongoing projects across design, testing and hyper‑care phases.

Required profile

• Graduate (Master’s level) in Supply Chain, E‑business or a related field.
• Initial experience in e‑commerce or supply chain is a plus.
• Strong interest in the luxury sector and fluency in English.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Organised, proactive, independent and meticulous.
