Document Review Specialist

About the role

We are looking for meticulous individuals to help train artificial‑intelligence systems by reviewing, annotating, and classifying a wide variety of documents. This fully remote, flexible contract position does not require legal or AI expertise—just strong reading comprehension and a systematic approach.

Key responsibilities

• Read and annotate diverse documents such as articles, reports, contracts, and forms.
• Classify document sections, identify key information, and label important data points.
• Extract and tag entities, dates, relationships, and concepts from text.
• Follow structured annotation guidelines with precision and consistency.
• Maintain high quality and accuracy across large document sets.
• Work independently and asynchronously according to your own schedule.

Required profile

• Strong reading comprehension and ability to process varied document types.
• Detail‑oriented with a systematic, methodical work style.
• Comfortable following structured guidelines at scale.
• Self‑motivated and reliable when working independently.
• No legal, paralegal, or document‑management experience required.
