Director Pricing & Commercial Offers

About the role

Accor is seeking a Director of Pricing & Commercial Offers to shape and execute the regional pricing strategy across its diverse hotel portfolio. Reporting to the VP Commercial Systems & Pricing, you will lead a team that ensures pricing consistency, drives revenue growth, and supports the launch of innovative commercial offers.

Key responsibilities

• Define and maintain the regional pricing roadmap in collaboration with key stakeholders.
• Design, optimise, and monitor the rate architecture to align local needs with global standards.
• Oversee second‑line pricing support, resolving tickets and handling hotel and revenue‑manager queries.
• Support the rollout of hotel distribution tools, providing feedback and recommending enhancements.
• Lead the Regional Offer Committee, coordinating multi‑brand promotions with RM, e‑commerce, brand, loyalty and analytics teams.
• Manage campaign solicitation and delivery, including rate loading and communication with GMs, operations and other stakeholders.
• Develop and enforce pricing and offer‑management standards and processes.
• Monitor industry trends and emerging pricing toolkits to keep Accor competitive.

Required profile

• Strategic, analytical problem‑solver with strong attention to detail.
• 5‑10 years of operational experience in revenue management or central support, working with commercial systems.
• Fluent in English (written and spoken); French is a plus.
• Background in hotel management or a business school education.
• Proven ability to lead, influence and motivate cross‑functional teams.

Required skills

• Experience with CRS (Central Reservation System).
• Proficiency in PMS (Property Management System).
• Knowledge of distribution systems.
• Expertise in RMS (Revenue Management System) and upsell tools.
• Deep understanding of pricing tools and methodologies.
