About the role

W Executive is seeking a dynamic Director of Office / Regional Manager to lead its Nantes office. You will be responsible for expanding the firm’s presence in the region, building strong client relationships, and driving executive search and recruitment activities.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and retain a portfolio of SME, mid‑size and large‑group clients in the region.
• Identify and support recruitment needs for executives, senior managers and transition leaders.
• Represent W Executive with local economic decision‑makers and at professional events.
• Grow a professional network, create partnerships and promote the brand at business clubs.
• Structure and scale the office’s operations, including hiring and mentoring future team members.

Required profile

• Proven B2B business development experience, preferably in executive search or consulting.
• Background in recruiting senior executives, managers or transition experts.
• Active professional network and strong relationship‑building skills.
• Management or team‑lead experience with a hands‑on, entrepreneurial mindset.
• High degree of autonomy and ability to develop new markets.
