Digital Marketing Coordinator – Junior

About the role

This junior position offers the chance to join Lallemand’s global Digital Marketing team, supporting the Brewing business unit. You will work closely with colleagues from sales, technical and R&D functions to develop and execute digital campaigns across multiple channels.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate social‑media calendars and create posts for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn and Twitter.
• Produce and recommend new social‑media content formats and manage community interactions.
• Track digital KPIs, analyse data and provide actionable insights.
• Monitor e‑marketing trends, including email, retargeting and emerging platforms.
• Upload and publish website content (product pages, blogs, landing pages) and apply SEO best practices.
• Support CRM newsletter and email campaigns, maintaining up‑to‑date contact lists.
• Assist in the coordination and promotion of webinars, podcasts and local digital events.
• Provide day‑to‑day support to the Digital Marketing Manager.

Required profile

• Master’s degree (Bac + 5) in Marketing, Digital or a related field.
• Passionate about digital marketing with relevant training or experience.
• Strong written communication, creativity and a rigorous, autonomous work style.
• Comfortable with numbers and data tracking.
• Interest in the brewing industry is a plus.
• Fluent in English; French written and spoken required; Spanish a plus.

• Adobe Creative Suite.
• Canva.
• Capcut or another short‑form video‑editing application.
• WordPress (or Microsoft Dynamics) – preferred.
