About the role
We are looking for a motivated Desktop Support Technician to join our IT team in France. The role focuses on providing onsite technical assistance to ensure smooth operation of hardware, software, and network services for our users.
Key responsibilities
- Respond to and resolve hardware, software, and network incidents within defined SLA and KPI targets.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot desktops, laptops, tablets, smartphones, video‑conference equipment, Cisco switches, and printers.
- Assist users with technical queries and guide them on proper use of IT assets.
- Log, track, and manage incidents and service requests using ServiceNow.
- Install, configure, and maintain computer hardware, operating systems, applications, and network components.
Required profile
- Fluent in English and French.
- Eligible to work in France.
- Strong problem‑solving attitude and customer‑service focus.
