Design Systems & AI Design Ops Lead

About the role

Betclic is looking for a Design Systems & AI Design Ops professional to shape the next generation of its design system. You will work at the intersection of design, engineering, and artificial intelligence, ensuring the system is scalable, AI‑ready, and tightly integrated with development workflows.

Key responsibilities

• Own and evolve the design system as a product, guaranteeing consistency and scalability across all Betclic products.
• Collaborate closely with front‑end engineers to ensure seamless integration between design assets and code.
• Drive adoption of the design system, defining governance, contribution processes, validation workflows, and versioning strategies.
• Structure a maintainable, interoperable architecture and lead the evolution of design tokens and foundational elements.
• Define reusable interaction patterns that extend beyond component libraries.
• Build machine‑readable documentation consumable by both humans and AI agents, making the system AI‑ready.
