Deputy Head of Propulsion Industrial & Quality Business Support

About the role

Airbus Commercial Aircraft is seeking a Deputy to the Head of Propulsion Industrial & Quality Business Support for Primary Flight Controls. Based in Toulouse, you will join the Propulsion Supply Chain & Quality team, supporting transversal industrial and quality initiatives, transformation projects, and performance management across the organisation.

Key responsibilities

• Support the Head of the team in driving global business performance and mid‑term priorities.
• Represent the team in regular and ad‑hoc forums, capturing actions and ensuring their closure.
• Manage communication with internal stakeholders, including Supply Chain Quality, Propulsion Procurement, Engineering and external manufacturers.
• Improve the performance of the team’s global operating system by defining processes, roles and tools.
• Organise and facilitate workshops with the team and other functions to address specific issues.

Required profile

• Reports operationally and functionally to the Head of the team.
• Capable of acting on behalf of the Head when required.
• Strong organisational and communication abilities.
• Experience in managing cross‑functional projects within an industrial or quality context.
