Data Strategy Intern (M/F/D)

About the role

ODDO is looking for a Data Strategy Intern in Paris, reporting to the Data Project Manager. The internship focuses on improving the group's Data Catalog and supporting data and AI governance, with opportunities to work alongside business and technical decision-makers.

Key responsibilities

• Map the group's data systems, usages and governance to enhance the Data Catalog, and implement reporting to track its adoption and completion
• Run Python-based analysis to improve the quality of the catalog and complete missing attributes
• Draft technical documentation and standards for catalog assets (naming, classification, ownership, lifecycle), using AI tools to automate parts of it
• Align the Data Catalog roadmap with the group's AI governance objectives (classification, sensitivity labelling, access rules)
• Support the DLP and M365 team on Purview, Microsoft 365 Copilot, sensitivity labels, DLP policies and Copilot readiness
• Monitor KPIs, build reports for data, business and IT steering committees and present the evolution of the group's data landscape
• Collect user feedback on data accessibility and turn it into technical specifications for IT teams
• Work with the DPO, IRM, IT Ops and AI governance stakeholders on accessibility, accountability and compliance, and act as a spokesperson for the Data Office
• Promote best practices around the Data Catalog and guide users toward resources that make them more autonomous in using data
