Customer Marketing Apprentice

About the role

Join Mirakl’s EMEA Customer Marketing team as a Customer Marketing Apprentice. You will support the creation and execution of marketing campaigns that showcase customer success, drive community engagement, and generate demand for upsell and cross‑sell opportunities.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in planning and launching customer‑focused marketing and demand generation campaigns in partnership with Account Managers and the digital marketing team.
• Help craft audience segments, messaging, and content, then monitor performance and report insights to Customer Success and Marketing stakeholders.
• Contribute to monthly newsletters, product trend updates, and feature release communications, applying AI tools for content optimisation and segmentation.
• Support the organisation of global webinars, regional EMEA events, and community activities that bring customers together.

Required profile

• Enthusiastic about marketing and customer advocacy.
• Strong written communication skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work collaboratively across teams and manage multiple tasks.

Required skills

• Familiarity with AI‑assisted content creation tools (e.g., large language models).
• Basic knowledge of email marketing platforms and segmentation logic.
