Cross-functional Integration Leader for Operations (SAP S/4HANA)

About the role

Airbus Helicopters is seeking a senior leader to drive cross‑functional integration of its NewERP initiative within the Operations Transformation department. Based in Marignane, you will ensure that end‑to‑end processes and solutions align with the strategic goals of simplification, harmonisation and standardisation across the organisation.

Key responsibilities

• Guarantee E2E consistency by aligning process and solution designs with NewERP objectives.
• Coordinate complex cross‑domain issues and integration points to maximise company‑wide value.
• Lead functional design and architecture, supporting business requirement definition and solution validation.
• Prepare, review and validate key design decisions and integration points.
• Deliver and validate E2E processes in line with Program Increment planning.
• Act as primary interface for major non‑ERP projects, ensuring roadmap alignment.
• Support change management and escalation procedures within the programme.

Required profile

• Master’s degree in Business Administration, IT, Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in manufacturing engineering, production or related IT application management.
• Deep cross‑functional knowledge of Airbus Helicopters domains (Industry, Spares, MRO, Design, Finance).
• Proven project‑management expertise, preferably with Agile frameworks such as SAFe or Scrum.
• Strong communication, influencing and synthesis abilities in complex environments.
