About the role

This position is for a Creative Marketing Team Lead based in France, reporting to a partner company that will manage applications. The role combines strategic planning with hands‑on execution to drive user acquisition and revenue growth for innovative digital products serving global audiences.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the development and execution of creative marketing strategies aligned with acquisition and revenue goals.
• Generate, refine, and oversee advertising concepts and assets across multiple products and campaigns.
• Manage, mentor, and expand a team of designers and creative marketing specialists.
• Coordinate production workflows to ensure timely delivery and quality standards.
• Partner with user acquisition teams to align creative initiatives with performance targets.
• Establish testing frameworks for creative experimentation and use performance insights to optimize campaigns.
• Monitor creative performance metrics, provide recommendations, and drive continuous improvement.
• Foster a collaborative, results‑oriented culture through coaching and feedback.

Required profile

• Previous experience leading a creative marketing team with direct reports.
• Strong understanding of performance marketing and the impact of creative assets on acquisition.
• Proven ability to conceptualize and execute high‑performing campaigns.
• Experience implementing structured creative testing and optimization processes.
• Demonstrated leadership, project management, and prioritization skills.
• Strategic mindset with the ability to align creative work to business KPIs.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management abilities.
• Professional English proficiency (B2 level or higher).
• Experience in live‑streaming, social networking, or digital entertainment is a plus.
