About the role
The Corporate – Regulatory team in Paris is looking for interns from July to December 2027 (6 months) to support its work on banking and financial regulation.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct legal research on banking and financial regulatory matters.
- Draft memoranda, legal opinions and contracts in both French and English.
- Participate in negotiation meetings and assist the team with daily case management.
Required profile
- Law student (Master 2) specializing in banking & finance law or business law, optionally with a double degree (e.g., business school, IEP, Anglo‑Saxon university).
- Strong knowledge of banking and financial regulation.
- Fluent English is mandatory.
Required skills
- Legal research.
- Drafting legal documents in French and English.
- Understanding of banking and financial regulatory frameworks.
