About the role
This 6‑month internship (January to June 2027) is within the Corporate Real Estate & Environment department of a global law firm. You will support a team handling both private and public law matters related to real estate transactions, financing, leasing, environmental remediation and urban planning.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct legal research in real estate and environmental law.
- Assist in drafting legal opinions, contracts and bilingual (French/English) documentation.
- Support acquisition and disposal transactions, including audit reports and contractual documentation.
- Help senior lawyers and associates with day‑to‑day case management.
Required profile
- Law student (Master 2 level) with a focus on real estate or environmental law.
- Strong academic background, preferably with double qualifications (e.g., business school, LLM) and good command of English.
Required skills
- Legal research and analysis.
- Drafting of legal opinions and contracts in French and English.
