About the role
This 6‑month internship (July‑December 2027) is within the Corporate Department’s Natural Resources, Energy, Development and Infrastructure Finance team at Norton Rose Fulbright Paris. The team advises extractive‑industry actors operating in Francophone Africa on corporate, financing and regulatory matters.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct legal research on corporate, financing and permitting issues.
- Draft legal opinions, contracts and other documentation in both French and English.
- Assist in audit tasks and support senior lawyers in day‑to‑day case management.
Required profile
- Law student or trainee (Master 2) specializing in business law.
- Strong academic background with possible dual training (IEP or Anglo‑Saxon university).
- Fluent written and spoken English; native or near‑native French.
Required skills
- Legal research and analysis.
- Contract drafting in French and English.
