About the role
Norton Rose Fulbright is offering a 6‑month internship (July to December 2027) within its Corporate – MENA Zone team, based in Paris and Casablanca. The team advises local and international clients on mergers‑acquisitions, banking, finance, capital markets, real estate, competition and regulatory matters.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct legal research in French and English.
- Draft legal opinions, contracts and other documentation.
- Participate in audits and support daily case management for associates and partners.
Required profile
- Law student or Master 2 specializing in business law.
- Strong legal knowledge, preferably complemented by a dual qualification (business school, IEP, Anglo‑Saxon university).
- Fluent English is mandatory.
