About the role
We are looking for a six‑month intern (July‑December 2027) to join the Corporate – Capital Markets, Financial & Banking Regulation team in Paris. The team advises on financial market regulation, capital‑markets transactions and banking‑related investment services.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct legal research on securities and banking regulations.
- Draft legal opinions, contracts and memoranda in French and English.
- Participate in negotiation meetings and support the team in daily case management.
Required profile
- Law student (Master 2) specializing in business law, preferably with a focus on banking and finance.
- Strong knowledge of securities regulation, capital markets and banking law.
- Fluent English is mandatory.
Required skills
- Legal research and drafting.
- Ability to work in both French and English.
