About the role

Airbus Commercial Aircraft is seeking a Production Coordinator (PAC‑SL) for its A321 Toulouse Logistics Department. Based in Toulouse, France, you will join the shop‑floor logistics team that drives the modernisation and ramp‑up of the A320 Family final assembly line.

Key responsibilities

• Anticipate missing parts by interfacing with the Supply Chain through shop‑floor IT systems (PGI, PEA).
• Coordinate standard and parasitic material flows, resolving anomalies such as non‑conformities, missing parts or cannibalisation.
• Escalate operational logistics issues to the Production group to mitigate serialization impacts.
• Lead or support Practical Problem Solving (PPS) routines and apply performance standards (AOS, 5S, Andon).
• Manage work orders and control production pacing to ensure short‑term material availability (MPS, PPC).

Required profile

• Proven experience in shop‑floor logistics or manufacturing coordination.
• Strong knowledge of production tracking ERP tools.
• Understanding of end‑to‑end supply‑chain frameworks for aircraft components.
• Ability to work within autonomous production teams and balance competing priorities.
• Willingness to work a 2 × 8 hour shift schedule.
