Coordinateur Interface Cabine A350 (FAL)

About the role

Airbus Commercial Aircraft is seeking an A350 Cabin Interface Coordinator (FAL) to join its cabin FAL interface team in Toulouse. You will act as the central point of contact between cabin suppliers and the production line, ensuring smooth hand‑over from the start of the final assembly line (FAL) to aircraft delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate and close out unfinished supplier work from FAL start through to delivery.
• Guarantee successful passage of Quality Gates while meeting strict on‑time and on‑quality targets.
• Manage On‑Site Support (OSS) operations to provide rapid issue resolution on the assembly line.
• Analyse root causes of recurring anomalies and work with Quality and Procurement to eliminate defects.
• Represent POCPK in performance reviews and report deliverables to internal FAL customers.

Required profile

• Engineering, Industrial Production or Supply Chain background.
• 3‑5 years of experience in a complex industrial environment, preferably aircraft FAL or supplier management.
• Strong influencing, communication and negotiation abilities in a fast‑paced production setting.
• Fluency in French and English.
