About the role

Airbus Commercial Aircraft is seeking a Production Coordinator (PAC‑SL) for the A321 Final Assembly Line (FAL) in Toulouse. The role supports the logistics unit, ensuring workstation supply and improving material flow across the A320 family ramp‑up.

Key responsibilities

• Anticipate missing parts by interfacing with the supply chain through shop‑floor IT systems (PGI, PEA).
• Coordinate standard and parasitic material flows, resolving hardware anomalies such as non‑conformities, missing parts, and cannibalisation.
• Escalate logistics issues promptly to prevent impacts on production serialization.
• Manage work orders and control production pacing to secure short‑term material availability (MPS, PPC).
• Lead or support Practical Problem Solving (PPS) initiatives and maintain shop‑floor standards (AOS, 5S, Andon).

Required profile

• Proven experience in shop‑floor logistics, production scheduling or industrial material flow management.
• Strong hands‑on command of industrial tracking ERP software.
• Solid understanding of end‑to‑end supply‑chain processes and shop‑floor dynamics.
• Ability to work within autonomous production teams and balance competing priorities under pressure.

Required skills

• ERP systems such as PGI, SAP, PEA, ZZ80 or ZP Cockpit.
• Shop‑floor IT tools for material tracking and production planning.
• Knowledge of MPS and PPC production pacing concepts.
