About the role
The Management Controller will join the finance and general management team, supporting both the French operations and the company’s international subsidiaries. Reporting directly to the finance director, the role ensures consistent financial control across all entities and aligns financial performance with the company’s strategic objectives.
Key responsibilities
- Set up, monitor and continuously improve management control tools and processes.
- Coordinate financial reporting and analysis for the French entity and foreign subsidiaries.
- Prepare periodic management reports and support budgeting and forecasting cycles.
- Collaborate with local finance teams to ensure data accuracy and compliance.
Required profile
- Degree in finance, accounting or a related field.
- Experience working in a multinational environment.
- Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in French and English.
