Continuous Improvement Engineer

About the role

We are looking for a Continuous Improvement Engineer to drive performance and operational excellence across our capsule production sites in France. Reporting to the Continuous Improvement Manager, you will use Lean Six Sigma methodologies to analyse end‑to‑end processes and lead change initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Diagnose, map and analyse processes using Value Stream Mapping and monitor KPIs to spot inefficiencies.
• Apply Lean Six Sigma tools such as 5S, Kaizen, SMED, Kanban, DOE and control charts to generate improvement ideas.
• Lead projects through the DMAIC cycle, develop action plans and ensure effective change management.
• Train and coach cross‑functional teams on Lean Six Sigma principles.
• Collaborate with Production, Maintenance, QHSE, Supply Chain, HR and other departments to implement solutions.
• Track performance after implementation and foster a culture of continuous improvement.

Required profile

• Master’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or a related discipline.
• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification.
• 3–5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably with international exposure.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and facilitation skills in both English and French.
