Content & Growth Marketing Specialist

About the role

Dedale is looking for a Content & Growth Marketing Specialist to own the end‑to‑end content‑to‑pipeline engine. You will design, produce, distribute and optimise content that turns intelligence into qualified B2B leads across LinkedIn, newsletters, gated reports and the website.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the production calendar for gated reports and lead‑capture mechanics, and drive LinkedIn activity with 12 posts per month.
• Write, segment and monitor the monthly newsletter and design email nurturing flows for PE, corporate and member audiences.
• Own the Tech Leaders interview series and the Super Experts stream, from outreach to publishing.
• Conduct a strategic SEO/GEO audit, implement a cluster content framework and optimise on‑page elements, structured data and AI‑generated answer visibility.
• Improve website lead‑capture by refining CTAs, landing pages and gated demo executions in Webflow.
• Track performance across campaigns, extract insights and continuously refine the multi‑channel marketing strategy.

Required profile

• 1–2 years of experience delivering B2B content streams for senior audiences (PE, corporate strategy, GovTech).
• Strong written and verbal English, proactive and autonomous, able to manage multiple workstreams.
• Comfortable collaborating with sales, CS, product and topic leads.

Required skills

• Solid SEO fundamentals (on‑page optimisation, keyword strategy, basic audits).
• Experience with email platforms such as Brevo.
• Proficiency in Webflow or other no‑code CMS.
• Familiarity with LinkedIn Ads Manager.
• Knowledge of product analytics tools (PostHog, GA4).
• Understanding of GEO / AI search visibility.
