Key responsibilities

• Provide personalized advice on life insurance, retirement planning, savings, investments and real‑estate solutions.
• Develop and manage a portfolio of private clients, understanding their needs at each life stage.
• Maintain compliance with regulatory standards and internal policies.
• Utilise the company’s CRM and digital tools to track client interactions and performance.

• Strong motivation to work autonomously as an entrepreneur.
• Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills.
• Commitment to continuous learning and professional development.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM software.
• Ability to use tablet‑based tools for client presentations.
