Conducteur de Travaux en Agencement (H/F)

About the role

The role involves leading and coordinating interior fit‑out projects for a high‑end woodworking company that supplies prestigious chalets, hotels and restaurants. As the site manager, you will ensure that all works are executed on time, within budget and to the required quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, organize and supervise the execution of interior construction and fitting works on multiple sites.
• Manage subcontractors, suppliers and craftsmen, ensuring compliance with technical specifications and safety regulations.
• Monitor project schedules, budgets and progress reports, taking corrective actions when necessary.
• Coordinate with architects, designers and client representatives to resolve technical issues.
• Conduct site inspections and quality checks before hand‑over.

Required profile

• Proven experience in managing interior fit‑out or joinery projects, preferably in luxury hospitality or residential sectors.
• Strong knowledge of French building codes, health‑and‑safety standards and construction methods.
• Excellent organizational and leadership abilities.
• Fluent in French; good command of English is an asset.

Required skills

• Project planning and scheduling tools (e.g., MS Project, Primavera).
• Budget management and cost control.
• Construction site supervision.
