BIM Modeler - Revit MEP (HVAC & Plumbing)

About the role

IM CONSULT is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented BIM Modeler specializing in Revit MEP to join its engineering team and contribute to building services projects in France.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain 3D BIM models using Revit MEP for HVAC and plumbing systems.
• Produce coordinated MEP layouts, plans, sections and detailed drawings.
• Model HVAC ductwork, piping networks, plumbing systems and associated equipment.
• Coordinate MEP models with architectural and structural models.
• Identify and resolve clashes and technical coordination issues.
• Prepare construction and shop drawings from BIM models.
• Collaborate with engineers and other project stakeholders during design and execution.

Required profile

• Degree or technical qualification in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
• Professional experience in BIM modeling with Revit MEP, ideally 3-4 years.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC and plumbing systems.
• Good understanding of BIM coordination and clash detection.
• Knowledge of AutoCAD is an advantage; French is preferred but not required.
• Organized, proactive and able to work independently while collaborating with the team.
