Community & Culture Specialist – EMEA (Fixed‑term)

About the role

The Community & Culture Specialist for the EMEA region will shape and activate DECIEM’s cultural presence across priority markets. Working closely with global and local teams, you will ensure the brand’s voice resonates authentically within diverse communities and cultural moments.

Key responsibilities

• Support the development and execution of the EMEA Culture & Community strategy, aligning with global priorities while adapting to regional nuances.
• Monitor and analyse cultural trends, sub‑cultures and emerging moments beyond the beauty sector, translating insights into partnership and activation opportunities.
• Collaborate with local Communications teams to create community‑first, culturally relevant strategies.
• Build and nurture relationships with creators, artists, tastemakers, collectives and niche communities.
• Identify, activate and manage culturally relevant partnerships and collaborations that drive meaningful engagement.
• Design and execute regional community activations, seeding initiatives and brand moments that extend beyond traditional product launches.
• Track and report on KPIs, brand sentiment and activation performance to refine future strategies.
• Manage cross‑market budgets and contribute insights to global Community & Culture initiatives.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in culture marketing, brand activation or community building.
• Deep immersion in cultural trends and ability to spot real‑time opportunities.
• Proven ability to work across multiple markets and adapt strategies to local nuances.
• Strong analytical mindset with experience measuring impact of cultural initiatives.
