About the role

Revolut’s Legal team transforms complexity into clarity by partnering with business units to deliver practical, risk‑aware advice. As a Commercial Counsel you will lead the negotiation and management of a wide range of commercial agreements, ensuring that the company’s rapid growth remains secure and compliant.

Key responsibilities

• Draft, review, and negotiate diverse commercial contracts, including vendor and partnership agreements.
• Provide timely legal, commercial, operational, and regulatory guidance to internal stakeholders on deal structures.
• Act as lead counsel and project manager for strategic transactions and high‑impact projects.
• Identify and resolve issues arising from existing commercial relationships.
• Design and implement streamlined contract negotiation and vendor‑management processes.
• Create and maintain standard form agreements to reduce reliance on ad‑hoc legal support.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years post‑qualification experience in commercial law.
• Strong academic credentials.
• Proven ability to lead and execute complex legal matters under tight deadlines.
• Excellent stakeholder and project‑management capabilities.
• Solid business acumen with a commercial mindset.
• Fluent in English and French with outstanding communication skills.
• Effective teamwork and relationship‑building at senior levels.
