Client Manager EMEA (Remote)

About the role

360Dialog is seeking a remote Client Manager for the EMEA region to act as a trusted strategic advisor for enterprise clients and agencies using WhatsApp as a growth channel. You will help customers transform messaging into measurable performance outcomes and drive revenue through data‑driven strategies.

Key responsibilities

• Diagnose client challenges by analysing business goals, customer journeys and performance data.
• Develop and deliver customised, data‑driven growth strategies for various industries and lifecycle stages.
• Lead executive business reviews, workshops and strategic consulting sessions, aligning Marketing, CRM, Agency and Product stakeholders.
• Translate complex client requirements into actionable recommendations and collaborate with internal Product, Engineering and Commercial teams.
• Build long‑term executive relationships based on trust, strategic guidance and measurable impact.
• Identify new commercial opportunities, expand existing programs and position WhatsApp as a core marketing component.
