Chief Financial Officer

About the role

Vizzia is seeking a Chief Financial Officer to own the finance function end‑to‑end and shape the company’s financial trajectory. You will sit on the COMEX, act as a strategic business partner, and help build the finance team from the ground up while driving capital structure, financing levers, and value‑creation pathways.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with the COMEX to run scenario analyses for market entry, growth levers, and operating model changes.
• Provide clear financial read‑outs on strategic trade‑offs and advise on market retention or exit decisions.
• Own financing and capital levers, including debt financing of client contracts and outsourcing decisions.
• Review supplier contracts (e.g., cloud/AWS spend) and push for longer‑term client commitments.
• Shape capital structure, keep M&A optionality open, and lead fundraising strategy.
• Build the financial reporting system, automate month‑end close, and establish robust P&L, balance‑sheet, and cash‑flow models.
• Manage and scale the accounting and FP&A team, ensuring autonomy and accountability.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a CFO or senior finance leader in a high‑growth environment.
• Track record of building finance functions from scratch and scaling teams.
• Strong strategic mindset with the ability to translate numbers into actionable decisions.
• Experience in fundraising, capital structuring, and evaluating M&A opportunities.
