Chef du Service Comptabilité (F/H)

About the role

Reporting to the Director of Finance and Public Procurement, the Head of the Accounting Service will lead the accounting function within the public employment organization. The role is responsible for ensuring accurate financial reporting and compliance with budgetary and accounting procedures.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise a team of eight accounting managers, providing guidance, performance management and professional development.
• Coordinate, manage and control the budgeting and accounting procedures across various services.
• Ensure compliance with public sector financial regulations and internal policies.
• Oversee the preparation and verification of financial statements and reports.
• Collaborate with other finance units to support strategic financial planning.

Required profile

• Proven experience in public sector accounting or a similar environment.
• Strong leadership and team management abilities.
• Excellent knowledge of budgeting and accounting regulations.
• Ability to work under tight deadlines and deliver accurate results.
