About the role

We are seeking a detail‑oriented Chat Operator to join a fast‑paced, fully remote team supporting a large‑scale online platform. The role focuses on monitoring AI‑assisted conversations, ensuring high‑quality interactions, and helping improve automated response systems.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor live chat conversations for extended shifts (8+ hours) to maintain smooth and appropriate dialogue.
• Intervene when necessary to clarify tone, improve response quality, or correct inaccuracies on behalf of conversational agents.
• Track, evaluate, and analyse communication patterns between users and AI companions.
• Assess the performance of AI‑generated replies, identifying strengths and weaknesses.
• Report technical or content‑related issues to support continuous improvement of automated systems.
• Coordinate requests for supporting media (images, videos) aligned with user interaction needs.

Required profile

• Strong attention to detail with the ability to stay focused on repetitive tasks for long periods.
• Methodical, disciplined work approach and ability to follow structured processes.
• Good understanding of user behavior, basic customer psychology, and strong empathy.
• Interest in AI tools and willingness to learn new systems quickly.
