About the role
The company, a temporary staffing group, is looking for a dynamic Business Development Officer to lead commercial growth and manage the full recruitment process for temporary workers in Rennes.
Key responsibilities
- Acquire new partner companies and expand existing business streams.
- Identify opportunities, define client needs, and source suitable candidates.
- Conduct candidate qualification and interviews.
- Handle administrative follow‑up and manage the lifecycle of temporary employees.
Required profile
- Minimum two years of proven experience in the temporary staffing sector with a strong commercial track record.
- Higher education in commerce, marketing, HR or a related field.
- Dynamic, curious, and motivated to develop new business streams.

What we offer
- Permanent contract (CDI) – 39 hours per week, standard schedule.
- Salary range €25 000–€30 000 per year plus variable bonus.
