Channel Account Manager – Etail & Ecommerce (Southern Europe)

About the role

The Channel Account Manager, Etail & Ecommerce, will drive growth across consumer channels in Southern Europe (France, Italy, Spain, Portugal). Reporting to the Regional Director of Sales, you will manage existing distributor and retailer relationships while actively expanding the partner network.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute the consumer expansion strategy, annual and quarterly plans, sales forecasts and KPIs.
• Collaborate with Operations, Marketing, Legal, Finance and Pricing teams to build compelling partner propositions.
• Monitor channel performance, identify gaps, and implement corrective actions.
• Lead contract negotiations and ensure partners have up‑to‑date agreements.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with distributors, retailers, etailers and resellers for both physical and digital products.
• Design and launch targeted campaigns, promotions and marketing plans with partners, tracking ROI and budget execution.
• Oversee new product launches, stock rotation and timely reporting of sales, inventory and marketing activities.
• Identify new partnership opportunities, build cybersecurity‑focused offers and manage go‑to‑market execution.

Required profile

• Higher degree in Management or related field.
• Fluent in English (written and spoken); additional language such as Spanish or Portuguese is expected.
