Care Expert – Member Support & Project Lead

About the role

Alan is looking for a Care Expert to join its French team and become the trusted guide for members using its prevention‑focused health insurance. You will turn complex healthcare questions into clear, helpful experiences while also contributing to innovative care projects.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to member inquiries with accurate information and timely solutions.
• Explain the French healthcare system and corporate health‑insurance benefits.
• Identify process improvements and lead data‑driven projects to enhance the care journey.
• Collaborate with product, operations and B2B partner teams to develop new member‑empowerment initiatives.
• Mentor and support fellow team members, helping to build high‑performing care squads.

Required profile

• Strong passion for helping people and solving health‑related challenges.
• Fluent written and spoken French and English.
• Comfortable using digital tools and navigating technology platforms.
• Experience in member support, customer service or similar roles, preferably in health or insurance.

• Excellent communication in French and English.
• Ability to interpret and convey complex healthcare information.
• Analytical mindset for turning data insights into actionable improvements.
