About the role
Alan is looking for a Care Expert to turn member requests into delightful experiences, acting as a trusted guide through the French healthcare system and corporate health insurance services.
Key responsibilities
- Provide meaningful, swift, and accurate solutions to members via email, chat, and call‑back.
- Explain the French healthcare system and address the specific needs of B2B partners.
- Identify and implement process improvements, lead care projects, and share insights with the team.
- Guide and inspire colleagues, helping shape the future of Care at Alan.
Required profile
- Genuine passion for helping others and solving member challenges.
- Full professional proficiency in French and English (written and spoken).
- Comfort with digital tools and multi‑channel communication (email, chat, phone).
- Empathetic, calm presence with strong initiative and collaborative mindset.
- Bonus: knowledge of the French healthcare system (training provided if needed).
